NDA Before First Call
We send a mutual NDA before the first technical discussion. Your idea, business logic, client list, and product concepts are legally protected from day one. We use Bangalore High Court-enforceable NDAs for Indian clients and jurisdiction-appropriate NDAs for international clients.
100% Source Code Ownership
All code, databases, designs, and assets created for your project belong to you โ unconditionally. We transfer ownership via signed IP Assignment Agreement at project completion. No licensing, no ongoing fees, no lock-in. We hand over the full GitHub repository.
Secure Development Environment
Client data is accessed only on encrypted devices within our managed network. No client credentials are stored in plain text. All projects use environment variables and secret managers. We follow principle of least privilege โ each team member accesses only what their role requires.
Milestone-Based Payments
We never take 100% upfront. Standard terms: 40% to begin, 30% at mid-project milestone, 30% on delivery. For international clients over $10k, we support Escrow.com arrangements. You release payment only when you're satisfied with the milestone.
Communication Guarantees
You'll never wait more than 4 business hours (IST) for a reply. We commit to weekly video calls, Slack/WhatsApp access, and written progress reports. We never ghost, delay, or give vague "it's in progress" updates.
Dispute Resolution
All contracts include a structured dispute resolution process: client raises concern โ 48hr acknowledgement โ 5-day resolution plan โ mediation if unresolved. We've been in business 6 years and have never needed arbitration โ but the process exists.
Everything You're Wondering About Working With Us
It's real, verifiable, and enforced. Before your project starts, you'll meet the lead engineer assigned to your project on a video call. Their LinkedIn is shared. They attend all client meetings. If we ever need to bring in a junior for a specific task, we inform you in advance and always pair them with the senior lead. This isn't a hidden clause โ it's in our contract.
Every project has a documented handover protocol. All code is commented, all architectural decisions are documented in Confluence, and no single person holds critical project knowledge. In our 6-year history we've had 2 mid-project team changes โ both handled without client impact. We maintain a bench of senior engineers precisely for this scenario.
We schedule one daily overlap meeting at a time that works for both teams. For US East Coast clients, this is typically 8:30โ9:30 AM EST (7:00โ8:00 PM IST). For UK clients, 3:00โ4:00 PM GMT (8:30โ9:30 PM IST). Between meetings, async communication via Slack is answered within 2 hours during IST business hours.
International clients: 40% upfront via wire transfer or Stripe, 30% at mid-project milestone, 30% on final delivery. We invoice in USD, GBP, or EUR depending on your preference. Larger projects (>$25,000) can arrange Escrow.com milestone payments. We provide bank-transfer receipts and invoice documentation for your accounting.

We're located in Koramangala, one of Bengaluru's most accessible tech hubs. International clients who visit often tell us the in-person experience is what converts them to long-term partners.
Our hiring process has 5 stages: resume screen, 1-hour technical phone screen, 3-hour take-home project, code review session with senior engineers, and cultural fit interview with Arjun. We reject 95%+ of applicants. We prioritise depth of knowledge over certifications and hire people who can explain why, not just how.
Yes. We do not take on direct competitors of existing clients in the same market segment without disclosure and written consent. NDAs are mutual. We don't share client technologies, business logic, or strategies between engagements. Our team members sign non-disclosure agreements covering all client work indefinitely.
